Job summary

Goodwill of North Georgia is seeking a Store Manager to supervise 30-40 staff, drive sales, manage budgets, and be the public face of the store in the community.

You will lead hiring and training of assistants and team leaders, oversee monthly performance meetings with staff and upper management, and maintain records and reporting. Strong budgeting, SOP discipline, change management, and people development are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising teams of 30+ employees.
• Budget development and plans to exceed financial targets.
• Ability to improve Standard Operating Procedures.
• Adaptable with strong decision-making.
• Experience in hiring and developing staff.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite.
• Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Bilingual and not-for-profit or military experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist donors/customers.
• Monitor and maintain store appearance.
• Lead monthly meetings with store employees.
• Attend monthly meetings with Director and other store managers.
• Maintain company records and reporting.
• Oversee hiring and training of new staff (ASM and Team Leader).
