Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervision of 15+ employees in relevant sectors, or 1 year with Goodwill training.
• Or a Bachelor’s degree plus 1 year supervisory experience.
• Or 4+ years of military service with supervisory experience.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Experience using PCs, POS systems, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in hiring, training, motivating and supervising staff.
• Lead meetings and help the store meet customer and donor satisfaction standards.
• Maintain displays and merchandising presentations.
• Ensure cash handling follows policy and drive store toward meeting or exceeding budget.
• Ongoing training provided; potential transfer to other stores.
