Qualifications

• 2+ years supervision of 15+ employees in food services, manufacturing, production or retail.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Retail, Finance, Mathematics, Accounting, or Economics plus 1 year of supervisory experience.
• 4+ years of military service with supervisory experience in lieu of other options.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with personal computers, POS/sell systems and MS Office.
• A driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in hiring, training, motivating and supervising staff.
• Lead meetings and help the store meet customer and donor satisfaction standards.
• Maintain displays and merchandising presentations and ensure cash handling per policy.
• Drive the store toward meeting or exceeding budgeted financial performance.
• Ongoing training is provided and progression may include transfers to other stores.
