Goodwill of North Georgia is seeking a Store Manager in Johns Creek to supervise 30–40 employees, drive sales, and ensure exceptional donor and customer service. You will lead hiring, training, and daily operations to meet budget targets and uphold store standards.

As the public face of the store, you will foster community relationships, run monthly staff meetings, monitor SOPs, and report performance to leadership.
