Goodwill of North Georgia is seeking a Store Manager to lead a dynamic retail operation in Decatur, GA. You will inspire a team of 25–40 to deliver strong sales and an exceptional guest experience while owning store performance, including team, finances, operations and culture.

You’ll hire, train and develop hourly staff, supervise Assistant Store Managers and Shift Supervisors, and build a solid bench of talent.

• Budget planning and creating plans to exceed financial expectations.
• Focus on maintaining and improving Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

• Experience with hiring and developing staff.
