Goodwill of North Georgia in Marietta, GA seeks a Store Manager to lead a busy thrift store with 30-40 employees. You will supervise daily operations, drive sales, manage the budget, and serve as the public face in the local community.

You will hire and train staff, run monthly meetings with the team and collaborate with the Director and other store managers. SOPs, reporting, and continuous improvement are essential to keep standards high and the store thriving.

Competenze

• 3+ years supervising teams of 30+ employees.
• Experience budgeting and planning to exceed financial targets.
• Strong focus on developing and enforcing SOPs.
• Experience hiring and developing staff.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
