Job summary

Goodwill of North Georgia is seeking a Store Manager to lead a 30–40 person team, drive sales goals and manage store budgets. You will supervise hiring and training of staff, act as the public face of the store, and ensure strong community engagement.

You’ll greet donors and customers, maintain store appearance, run monthly team meetings, and report performance to leadership. Strong budgeting, SOP focus, and change-ready mindset required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience supervising teams of 30+ employees.
• Budgeting experience and ability to create plans to exceed financial targets.
• Focus on maintaining and improving Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Demonstrated capacity to embrace change.
• Demonstrated decision-making abilities.
• Experience with hiring and developing staff.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist donors/customers.
• Monitor and maintain the store's overall appearance.
