Qualifications

• Must complete Assistant Manager Certification, Sales Specialist Training, and Manager Development Program.
• O’Reilly store and/or distribution center experience is preferred.
• Fluency in Spanish is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Supervise store operations and team members.
• Assist store manager with hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
• Make sales calls with/without store manager as needed.
