O'Reilly Auto Parts in Tipton, IA is seeking an assistant manager in training to support the store manager in all areas of sales, appearance and operations. This role provides hands-on development for a future store manager or regional leadership position, with a focus on systems, team development, and KPI targets.

Qualifications

Must have or be willing to complete management training programs.
