You will work with the store manager and district leadership to develop supervision, sales, and guest experience skills while gaining hands-on experience in all store departments.

The role emphasizes certification programs, performance coaching, and progression toward store management, with comprehensive training in scheduling, payroll, and KPI monitoring.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Must complete Assistant Manager Certification, Sales Specialist Training, and Manager Development Program.
• Ability to read and match numerical/alpha characters quickly and accurately.
• Knowledge of automotive parts, equipment and systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist store manager in areas of sales, appearance, and overall operations of store.
• Supervise professional and retail operations of store and team members.
• Train new team members and evaluate performance.
• Support safety training and scheduling; ensure payroll accuracy.
• Make sales calls and support store operations as needed.
