O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking an Assistant Manager in Training to support store operations, sales, and appearance with an aim to prepare for a management position. You will work with the store and district management on hiring, training, safety, and performance reviews.

The role encourages bilingual candidates and offers opportunities for growth within the company. Training programs include Assistant Manager Certification, Sales Specialist Training, and Manager Development Program.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Must complete Assistant Manager Certification, Sales Specialist Training, and Manager Development Program.
• Ability to read and match numerical/alpha characters quickly and accurately.
• Knowledge of automotive parts, equipment and systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise professional and retail operations of store and team members.
• Train new team members and handle performance evaluations.
• Assist in hiring processes including interviews and candidate evaluation.
• Support store manager and ensure safety training for all team members.
• Make sales calls and participate in weekly customer calls as assigned.
• Manage delivery fleet maintenance and keep the store neat and organized.
