Qualifications

• Must complete Assistant Manager Certification, Sales Specialist Training, and Manager Development Program.
• Ability to read and match numbers quickly.
• Knowledge of automotive parts, equipment and systems.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting, hiring, evaluating, promoting, disciplining staff.
• Train new team members and conduct performance reviews.
• Assist in interviews and scheduling for candidates.
