You will train under the store manager, participate in hiring, safety, and performance evaluations, and lead team members as you develop into a management role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Must complete Assistant Manager Certification, Sales Specialist Training, and Manager Development Program.
• Ability to read and match numerical/alpha characters quickly and accurately.
• Knowledge of automotive parts, equipment and systems.
• O’Reilly store and/or distribution center experience.
• Completed O’Reilly management training program.
• ASE Certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Supervise the professional and retail operations of store and team members involved.
• Train new team members and handle performance evaluations.
• Assist in hiring by recruiting tasks and interviews.
• Support store manager in safety and training compliance.
• Make sales calls with/without store manager; weekly customer calls when assigned.
• Manage delivery fleet records and payroll/timekeeping systems.
• Monitor gross profit, returns, price overrides, and KPI dashboard daily.
• Review monthly P&L with store manager and discuss opportunities.
