CVS Health in Ohio is hiring for a Store Manager In Training (SMIT). This development-focused program is designed to prepare you for a CVS Store Manager position through self-paced, collaborative training over 16 weeks, with both virtual and hands-on experiences.

You will be supported by a District Leader, HR Business Partner, Training Store Manager, and your Store Manager coach as you advance. This full-time role offers a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities to promote within CVS.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or relevant work experience may be considered.
• Retail management experience or experience as a CVS Supervisor is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the 16-week SMIT training to prepare for promotion to Store Manager.
• Support the store as a management team member and lead in CVS values and policies.
• Engage colleagues to support the company's purpose of helping people on their path to better health.
• Be willing to accept promotion roles within the market you work in.
