Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Store Manager In Training (SMIT) in Georgia. This development-focused role prepares you for a CVS Store Manager position through a self-paced, 16-week training with virtual and hands-on learning. You’ll work with your District Leader, HR partner, Training Store Manager and Store Manager coach to grow toward leadership.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED; a four-year degree is preferred. Anticipated weekly hours: 45.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required; four-year degree preferred or relevant work experience considered.
• Ability to transfer to CVS Pharmacy stores within the designated market.
• Flexibility to work a schedule that may vary based on business needs.
• Retail management experience or experience as a CVS Supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Actively engage with your leader in learning experiences toward promotion.
• Support store as a management team member and lead per CVS policies.
• Engage colleagues in support of CVS purpose of helping people toward better health.
• Be willing to accept promotion roles within the market you work in.
