CVS Health is launching a Store Manager In Training (SMIT) program designed to prepare you for a CVS Store Manager role. The 16-week, self-paced and collaborative training combines virtual and hands-on learning with guidance from district leaders and store managers.

SMITs are expected to engage with leaders, support store operations as part of the management team, and advocate CVS values while pursuing promotion opportunities within the market.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required or equivalent experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Retail management or CVS Supervisor experience is preferred.
• A four year college degree is preferred, or relevant work experience may substitute.

Responsibilities

• Actively engage with your leader in learning experiences to progress toward promotion.
• Support the store as a management team member and lead in line with CVS values.
• Engage colleagues in the company's purpose of helping people toward better health.
