CVS Health is offering a Store Manager In Training (SMIT) program designed to develop future store leaders through a 16-week, self-paced and collaborative training plan. The role combines virtual and hands-on experiences with coaching from key leaders to prepare you for advancement within CVS.

Selected candidates will engage in daily store operations, merchandising execution, and customer care responsibilities while developing management skills and aligning with CVS values.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Provide high levels of customer care and service.
• Assist in executing merchandising strategies to grow store sales.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in Training to prepare for a future Store Manager role.
• Contribute to daily store operations and leadership in line with CVS values.
• Engage in the 16-week self-paced, collaborative SMIT training program.
