United Pacific is seeking a Manager-In-Training to join our Colorado stores. This full-time role includes structured on-the-job training under the Store Manager and District Manager, with a path to Store Manager.

You will learn to manage daily operations, supervise teams, and maintain a welcoming environment for customers and staff, aligned with company policies and goals. The MIT program emphasizes leadership, coaching, and operational excellence, with benefits including health coverage,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of supervisory or assistant management experience in retail or fast food.
• Able to coach, train and develop your team to the next level.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High School diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Valid, infraction-free Driver's License.
• Eligibility to work in the United States.
• Flexible to work varying shifts, including overnight and holidays.
• Able to stand and walk for at least 8 hours.
• Able to lift up to 20 pounds; capable of pushing/pulling 20 pounds.
• Comfortable in small spaces at times and varied store locations.

Responsibilities

• Complete training under supervision of Store Manager and learn to manage daily operations.
• Direct and supervise daily store activities while maintaining customer and colleague friendliness.
• Uphold United Pacific policies and procedures during operations.
• Progress to Store Manager role after successful MIT training.
