Job summary

Maurices Incorporated in Fort Smith, AR is seeking a Manager in Training (MIT) to work with the store manager and teams to drive sales and deliver a customer-focused experience. The program prepares you for a Store Manager position within 3-6 months, with relocation as needed and active participation in all training modules.

As an MIT you will lead by example, develop talent, manage schedules and payroll, and ensure visual standards while learning every aspect of store operations to unlock

Qualifications

• High School Degree or GED required; a business or retail merchandising degree preferred.
• Supervisory experience required in a customer focused environment; experience in the fashion industry preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving and setting goals and executing company direction.
• Experience in hiring, promoting, and motivating talent.
• Proven ability to lead by example, make sound decisions, and demonstrate professionalism.
