Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma and complete Assistant Manager Certification, Sales Specialist Training, and Manager Development Program
• Ability to read and match numerical/alpha characters quickly and accurately
• Knowledge of automotive parts, equipment and systems is beneficial

Responsibilities

• Assist store manager in sales, appearance, and operations of the store
• Supervise professional and retail operations and team members
• Coordinate recruiting, interviewing, and evaluation processes with management
• Train new team members and conduct performance evaluations
• Support safety compliance and scheduling, payroll, and timekeeping
• Make customer calls and assist in store operations and service delivery
• Monitor profitability, returns, and price adjustments; review KPI dashboards
