CVS Health Corporation is hiring for a Store Manager In Training (SMIT) role in the Indianapolis area. The program is designed to prepare you for a CVS Store Manager position through 16 weeks of self-paced, collaborative training with virtual and hands-on learning experiences.

You will work with a district leader and HR business partner, develop leadership skills, and aim for a promotion to store management while supporting everyday store operations and customer care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or relevant work experience considered.
• Retail management experience or CVS supervisor experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support development through 16 weeks of training toward Store Manager.
• Lead a management team and align with CVS values and policies.
