CVS Health is offering a Store Manager In Training (SMIT) program designed to prepare you for a CVS Store Manager position. The program blends virtual and hands-on learning to develop you as a store leader over 16 weeks with structured coaching.

As an SMIT, you will work with a District Leader, HR Partner, Training Store Manager and Store Manager coach to grow leadership, merchandising and customer service skills, with a 45-hour weekly schedule and progression toward store leadership roles.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant work experience may substitute.
• Retail management experience or CVS Supervisor experience valued.

• Execute merchandising strategies to drive sales growth.
