United Pacific invites applications for a Manager-In-Training in a full-time role with benefits such as a 90 Day Performance-Based Increase, referral bonus, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401K, and tuition reimbursement.

The MIT will complete a structured training program under supervision of the Store Manager and learn to manage, direct and supervise the daily operations of the store, while maintaining a courteous environment for customers and team members.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Supervisor, lead or assistant manager in a retail or fast food environment.
• Ability to coach, train and develop your team to the next level in their career.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High School diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Must have a valid and infraction-free Driver's License.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and written.
• Must provide proof of authorization to work in the United States if hired.
• Flexible to work varying shifts, including overnight shifts and holidays.
• Ability to stand and/or walk for at least 8 hours.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds and push/pull up to 20 pounds occasionally.
• Comfortable in small spaces at times as some locations vary in layout.
