Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
• Must complete Assistant Manager Certification, Sales Specialist Training, and Manager Development Program
• Ability to read and match numerical/alpha characters quickly and accurately
• Knowledge of automotive parts, equipment and systems
• ASE Certification (optional)

Responsibilities

• Supervise professional and retail operations of store and team members
• Recruit, test, hire, evaluate, promote, discipline and discharge staff
• Coordinate with district/store managers on staffing and safety
• Train new team members and conduct performance evaluations
• Assist in hiring tasks and interview processes
• Ensure safety training and compliance across areas
• Make sales calls and participate in customer outreach
• Maintain delivery fleet records and vehicle upkeep
• Monitor gross profit components and KPI dashboard daily
• Review monthly P&L with store manager and identify opportunities
