Qualifications include a high school diploma, ASE certification, and completion of O’Reilly management training.

Qualifications

• Must complete Assistant Manager Certification, Sales Specialist Training, and Manager Development Program
• Knowledge of automotive parts, equipment and systems
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
• Ability to read and match numerical/alpha characters quickly and accurately

Responsibilities

• Supervise the professional and retail operations of store and team members involved.
• A. Professional - All delivery and installer service specialists.
• B. Retail - All parts and merchandising specialists.
• Train new team members assigned to him or her.
• Handle team member performance evaluations and recommend pay increases.
• Assist in the hiring process by completing recruiting tasks and interviewing.
