Dollar General Corporation is seeking a Store Manager Candidate to assist the Store Manager in executing store processes, supervising staff, and managing inventory, stocking, and paperwork. The role is designed to foster development for the Store Manager track and is temporary in duration.

The candidate will participate in recruiting, merchandising, inventory control, and operating statements review to identify trends and opportunities while ensuring customer service excellence and compliance

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a retail setting is preferred.
• Ability to recruit, interview, and staff for a store location.
• Experience with inventory control, cashier accountability, and loss prevention.

Responsabilités

• Assists in recruiting and staffing activities.
• Assists with merchandising and stocking according to store direction.
• Manages inventory including damages, markdowns, and paperwork.
• Supports in-stock targets and ordering practices.
