O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking an Assistant Manager in Training to support store operations and drive performance. The role focuses on supervising both professional delivery/installation and retail parts teams, with emphasis on training, hiring, and safety compliance, under the guidance of the district and store managers.

Candidate should have a High School Diploma, strong interpersonal skills, and completion of management training programs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Must complete Assistant Manager Certification, Sales Specialist Training, and Manager Development Program.
• Ability to read and match numerical/alpha characters quickly and accurately.
• Knowledge of automotive parts, equipment and systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the professional and retail operations of store and team members involved.
• Train new team members and conduct performance evaluations.
• Assist in hiring by completing recruiting tasks and interviews.
• Support store manager in safety and training compliance.
• Manage store operations and payroll processes.
• Review monthly P&L with store manager and identify opportunities.
