CVS Health is launching a Store Manager In Training (SMIT) program designed to build future CVS Store Managers through a 16-week, self-paced, collaborative training structure. The role provides virtual and hands-on learning experiences, with support from a district leader, HR partner, and a dedicated Store Manager coach.

The program targets individuals who can manage diverse responsibilities, drive sales through merchandising, and lead teams in alignment with CVS values and standards.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication to lead a team.
• Experience delivering high levels of customer care.
• Ability to implement merchandising strategies to grow store sales.
• Experience in retail management or CVS supervisory roles.

Responsibilities

• Support your development toward CVS Store Manager through the 16-week program.
• Collaborate with District Leader, HRBP, Training Store Manager, and Store Manager coach.
• Lead colleagues in alignment with CVS values and company policies.
• Engage with leadership to promote the company's purpose of helping people on their path to better health.
