CVS Health is recruiting for a Store Manager In Training (SMIT) in the United States. This development-focused program prepares you for a Store Manager role through self-paced and collaborative training over 16 weeks, with virtual and hands-on learning experiences.

You will be supported by a District Leader, HR Business Partner, Training Store Manager, and Store Manager coach as you engage in learning experiences and assume responsibilities on the management team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; four-year degree preferred.
• Retail management experience or CVS supervisor experience encouraged.
• Ability to transfer to other CVS stores within designated market.

Responsibilities

• Actively engage with leadership in learning experiences to prepare for promotion.
• Support store as a management team member and lead per CVS values.
• Engage colleagues to support the company's purpose of helping people toward better health.
• Willingness to accept promotion roles within the market as openings arise.
• Promotion to Store Manager is not guaranteed and depends on multiple factors.
