Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Store Manager In Training (SMIT) in the United States. This development-focused role prepares you for a CVS Store Manager position with a structured 16-week, self-paced and collaborative training plan.

Virtual and hands-on experiences, guided by a district leader, HRBP, training store manager, and a store manager coach, aim to build leadership capability and readiness for promotion within the designated market.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; four year college degree may be considered in lieu of experience.
• Retail management experience or CVS supervisor experience preferred.
• Willingness to accept promotion within the designated market.

Responsibilities

• Actively engage with leaders to support your path to promotion during the structured program.
• Support your store as a management team member and lead in CVS values and policies.
