Qualifications

• Knowledge of automotive parts, equipment and systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise store and team operations, ensuring professional and retail standards.
• Recruiting, testing, hiring, evaluating, promoting, disciplining, and discharging team members.
• Train new team members and conduct performance evaluations.
• Assist in interviewing and selecting qualified candidates.
• Monitor safety and ensure training across areas.
• Support store manager with operations and KPI tracking.
• Review monthly P&L, pricing, and inventory processes.
