Job summary

CVS Health in the United States is offering a Store Manager In Training (SMIT) role designed to prepare you for a CVS Store Manager position. The 16-week, self-paced program combines virtual and hands-on learning with mentors including your District Leader and Store Manager coach.

Successful SMITs develop leadership and merchandising skills, with a 40-hour work week and a pay range of $18.50–$23.88 per hour. A comprehensive benefits package is provided for full-time colleagues.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred or relevant work experience.
• Retail management experience or CVS Supervisor experience preferred.
• Willingness to transfer to other CVS Pharmacy stores within market.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer care duties to provide high levels of service.
• Execute merchandising strategies to grow store sales.
