The 16-week, self-paced training blends virtual and hands-on experiences with guidance from your District Leader, HR Business Partner, Training Store Manager, and Store Manager coach.

This full-time role requires about 45 hours per week. Pay range typically spans $18.50–$23.88 per hour.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Retail management experience or CVS supervision considered.

Responsibilities
