Job summary

CVS Health is seeking candidates for the Store Manager In Training (SMIT) program in the United States. The role is designed to develop future CVS Store Managers through a structured 16-week, self-paced and hands-on training experience.

You will work with a support team including a District Leader and Store Manager coach. Expect 45 hours per week, a full-time schedule, and a pay range of $18.50–$23.88 per hour with comprehensive benefits.
