• Ability to recruit, interview, hire, and counsel staff with awareness of legal compliance.
• Strong math and cash handling skills, including deposit controls and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruiting and staffing activities.
• Support merchandising, staging, stocking, pricing, and signage according to store direction.
• Help manage inventory, damages, markdowns, scans, paperwork, and facility controls.
• Track in-stock targets and assist in meeting or exceeding them.
• Provide customer service leadership and model company policies.
• Participate in opening and closing activities and supervise cash handling and security practices.
• Review operating statements for trends, expenses, shrink, and corrective opportunities.
• Complete all required paperwork according to guidelines and deadlines.
