United Pacific is seeking a Manager-In-Training in Saint Charles, MO, to complete a training program under supervision of Store Manager and learn to manage daily operations, supervise staff, and maintain a customer-friendly environment.

MIT will receive on-the-job training before transitioning into a Store Manager role; requires 5+ years as supervisor in retail/fast-food, ability to train and coach, 21+, valid driver's license, and legal work authorization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Supervisor, lead or assistant manager in a retail or fast food environment.
• Ability to coach, train and develop your team and help them reach the next level.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
