United Pacific is seeking a Manager-In-Training for a full-time, benefits-eligible role in Missouri. You will complete a training program under supervision of the Store Manager and learn to manage daily operations and lead the team.

The position emphasizes coaching, customer service, and standing for long shifts; training leads to Store Manager. Requirements include 5+ years in supervision, 21+, a valid driver’s license, and shift flexibility including overnights and holidays.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience as a supervisor/lead/manager in retail or fast food.
• Coach, train and develop team to advance to the next level.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High School diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Valid, infraction-free Driver's License.
• English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Flexible to work varying shifts, including overnights and holidays.
• Able to stand/walk for at least 8 hours.
• Occasionally lift/carry up to 20 pounds; push/pull up to 20 pounds.
• May need to climb ladders and work in small spaces.

Responsibilities

• Complete training program under supervision and learn to manage store operations.
• Direct and supervise daily operations and maintain a customer-friendly environment.
• Receive on-the-job training from Store Manager or District Manager before moving to Store Manager.
• Adhere to United Pacific goals, policies and procedures.
