Job summary

United Pacific is offering a full-time Manager-In-Training position with a comprehensive benefits package and a structured growth path. The MIT will undergo extensive on-the-job training under the Store Manager and District Manager, gaining hands-on experience in supervising daily store operations and maintaining a customer-friendly environment.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of supervisory/leadership in retail or fast food, strong coaching skills, and a solid command of English.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Supervisor, lead or assistant manager in a retail or fast food environment.
• Ability to coach, train and develop your team to the next level in their career.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High School diploma or GED is preferred but not required.
• Must have a valid and infraction-free Driver's License.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and written.
• Must be able to provide proof of work authorization in the United States.
• Flexible to work varying shifts, including overnight shifts and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Learn to manage, direct and supervise daily store operations.
• Maintain a pleasant and courteous environment for customers and team members.
