Responsibilities

• Supervise professional and retail store operations and team members.
• Assist in recruiting, hiring, and evaluating staff with management input.
• Train new team members and conduct performance reviews.
• Support safety training and ensure compliance across store operations.
• Make sales calls and coordinate with store manager on customer outreach.
• Oversee delivery fleet and maintain vehicle records.
• Monitor gross profit, returns, price matches, and KPI dashboards.
