Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Must complete Assistant Manager Certification, Sales Specialist Training, and Manager Development Program.
• Ability to read and match numerical/alpha characters quickly and accurately.
• Knowledge of automotive parts, equipment and systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the professional and retail operations of store and team members involved.
• Collaborate with district and store management on recruiting, testing, hiring, evaluating, promoting, and disciplining staff.
• Train new team members and conduct performance evaluations with pay increase recommendations.
• Assist in interviewing and selecting qualified candidates.
• Ensure safety training and compliance for all staff; manage scheduling and payroll tasks.
• Support store manager with weekly customer calls and operations oversight.
• Maintain delivery fleet records and keep store/ HUB neat and organized.
