Turkey Hill is seeking a Manager in Training to lead our convenience store team. You will learn day-to-day operations, work with a Training Manager, and support the Store Manager in delivering a standout guest shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum education required: High School or GED.
• ServSafe /Food Safety certification a plus but not mandatory.
• Strong guest service and leadership potential.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm welcome and provide exceptional customer service.
• Assist Store Manager with building and developing a strong store team: training, scheduling, and coaching team members.
• Monitor product levels and keep shelves stocked to ensure 100% in-stock availability.
• Oversee quality control, merchandising, & food safety programs in locations with hot food.
• Operate the cash register efficiently and support daily store operations.
