Qualifications

• 3–5 years of retail/management experience.
• Completion of RAC Store Manager Development Program during training.
• Computer literacy and proficiency in store operation applications.
• Valid state driver's license and good driving record; you will be driving company vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Sales: set daily/weekly goals, oversee coworkers' sales activities, approve rental agreements.
• Account management: oversee collections and follow-ups, train staff on procedures.
• Leadership: manage store profits, assets, inventory, pricing, and cash handling.
• Coworker management: train, schedule, hire, retain staff, and ensure customer service excellence.
