Qualifications

• 3–5 years of retail/management experience.
• Completion of RAC's Store Manager Development Program during training.
• Computer literacy and proficiency in store operation applications.
• Valid state driver’s license and ability to drive company vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Set daily/weekly sales goals and supervise coworkers' sales activities.
• Oversee collections, follow up on accounts needing manager intervention, and enforce procedures.
• Manage profits by directing store resources, inventory, pricing, cash handling and asset protection.
• Train, schedule, recruit, and mentor coworkers to ensure exceptional customer service.
