Rent A Center in Carrboro, NC is seeking a Store Manager in Training. This role offers an entry into a management track with hands-on leadership responsibilities in a fast-paced retail setting.

You will lead sales, oversee store operations, manage coworkers, and ensure excellent customer service while driving revenue growth. Competitive starting hourly pay plus full-time benefits and a schedule with weekly pay.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of retail/management experience.
• Completion of RAC's Store Manager Development Program during training period.
• Computer literacy in store operation applications.
• Valid state driver's license and good driving record.

Responsabilités

• Sales: Set daily and weekly goals related to the store's sales activities and oversee coworkers' sales efforts.
• Account Management: Oversee collections and approve customer commitments with leadership guidance.
• Leadership: Manage store profits, inventory, cash handling, and process adherence.
• Coworker Management: Train, schedule, hire, and retain staff to deliver exceptional service.
