Qualifications

• 3–5 years of retail/management experience.
• Completion of RAC's Store Manager Development Program during training period.
• Computer literacy in store operation applications.
• Valid state driver's license and good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Sales: Set daily and weekly goals related to the store's sales activities and oversee coworkers' sales efforts.
• Account Management: Oversee collections and approve customer commitments with leadership guidance.
• Leadership: Manage store profits, inventory, cash handling, and process adherence.
• Coworker Management: Train, schedule, hire, and retain staff to deliver exceptional service.
