Qualifications

• 3–5 years of retail/management experience.
• Completion of RAC's Store Manager Development Program during training.
• Computer literacy and proficiency in store operation applications.
• Valid state driver’s license with a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Sales: set daily/weekly goals, oversee coworkers' sales, approve rental agreements, monitor revenue and growth.
• Account Management: oversee collections, follow up on accounts, provide leadership and training to ensure procedures are followed.
• Leadership: monitor profits, manage store resources, ensure policy compliance, protect assets and control inventory and pricing.
• Coworker Management: train and develop staff, schedule activities, hire and retain talent, ensure exceptional customer service.
