This role supports the Store Manager, involves coordinating shifts, ensuring in-stock conditions, and upholding food safety and merchandising standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum Education: High School or GED.
• Minimum Experience: 1 year retail or food service.
• Preferred Experience: 1 year in retail, guest service or restaurant leadership.
• Preferred Licenses/Certifications: ServSafe / Food Safety certification a plus.
• Soft Skills: Comfortable talking with guests, high energy, team oriented.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm welcome and strong customer service.
• Assist Store Manager with training, scheduling, and coaching.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure 100% in-stock availability.
• Oversee quality control, merchandising, and food safety in hot-food locations.
• Operate the cash register efficiently.
• Support 24/7 or varied hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Maintain store cleanliness and ambiance.
