• Willingness to work a flexible schedule and relocate/transfer within the hiring area.
• Pursues professional development and certifications as required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front-end and pharmacy operations under Store Manager guidance.
• Support learning plan and accelerated development track to Store Manager.
• Shadow Store Manager, lead operations, and ensure compliance with SOPs.
