Walgreens Belmont, NC is offering an accelerated Store Manager development program designed to blend frontline and pharmacy exposure with formal training. You will rotate through stores to learn operations, service, and leadership skills under supervision.

Participants complete required certifications and develop competencies in people management, store performance, and compliance with SOPs, aiming for permanent leadership roles within Walgreens.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3 years retail management experience or High School Diploma/GED and 5 years retail management experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule and weekends.
• Willingness to transfer to other Walgreens assets within the same hiring area.

Responsibilities

• Learn Walgreens’ operations to lead full store operations across front-end and pharmacy.
• Shadow Store Manager and lead store during learning journey.
• Complete accelerated program and certifications for Store Manager.
• Attend classroom, online, and on-the-job training with rotations.
• Coach teams on customer service and improve store metrics.
• Monitor compliance with SOPs and company policies.
