Walgreens is offering a Store Manager Trainee program in North Carolina, designed to accelerate career progression from learning to full store leadership. You will learn front-end and pharmacy operations while shadowing the Store Manager, completing rotations, and earning necessary certifications.

Under mentorship, you’ll develop through classroom, online, and on-the-job training, with a focus on SOPs, compliance, and optimal customer experience across both departments.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree and 3 years retail management experience.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including extended days, evenings, and weekend hours.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (Except in Puerto Rico).
• Willingness to transfer to other Walgreens retail assets within the same hiring Area.
• PTCB Certification (Preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Under the direction of the Store Manager, oversees the operation (front-end and pharmacy) of a Walgreens store.
• Shadows Store Manager and assists in leading store throughout the learning journey.
• Completes accelerated program including all certifications needed for Store Manager role.
• Attends classroom, online, and on‑the‑job training with rotations in other stores.
• Learns compliance SOPs across front-end and pharmacy and gains knowledge of all computer systems.
