Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3 years retail management experience or equivalent.
• Ability to lead front-end and pharmacy operations with SOP adherence.
• Strong customer service, communication, and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Shadow and assist Store Manager in opening/closing and staff delegation.
• Lead frontline and pharmacy operations while ensuring accuracy and compliance.
